Brian and I met in the fall of 2001 on the first day of college at North Central University in Minneapolis. We both liked each other the entire school year, yet we did not realize that the other shared those same feelings until later on that spring. Brian invited me to work at a summer camp in his home town. As soon as we got to camp for the summer we started dating!
We got married the summer of 2007 in Duluth, MN. We will be celebrating 11 years of marriage this July! Brian is my co-adventurer in life and best friend. Brian and I love to travel and we have been blessed to go on many adventures together. We have back packed all over Europe for a month, went to Aruba, Hawaii, Dominican Republic, and all over the states.
Brian and I have been enjoying our current adventure of raising our three beautiful children: Eli, Asa, and Greta. We are excited to travel with them too! Brian and I enjoy running our photography business together and occasionally I get to photograph weddings with Brian.

We love going on adventures as a family and enjoy doing anything in the outdoors together. This summer we are looking forward to: a camping trip on the north shore, travel to California to visit family and the beach, and hikes together through the woods in our backyard. Our oldest, Eli, is 6, enjoys science, and he is loving kindergarten. Our middle, Asa, is 4, gets along with everyone, and he is looking forward to beginning preschool in the fall. Our youngest, Greta, is 2, she is a sweet girly girl and yet she is also a tomboy who can keep up with her brothers. It is a joy to watch them grow and family time is everything to us.
